1. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and details as accurately as possible. However:
Colors and appearance may vary due to screen settings and lighting
Jewelry dimensions and weights may have minor tolerances
Product images are for illustrative purposes only
Our jewelry is handcrafted using precious metals and stones. Minor variations in color tone, stone appearance, proportions, and finishing are natural and do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
2. Made-to-Order & Custom Jewelry
Certain products, including wedding rings and customized jewelry, are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for each customer.
Custom or made-to-order items include:
Wedding rings
Engagement rings
Jewelry produced after order placement
Items made in a selected size, metal, stone, or design
Personalized or engraved jewelry
Bespoke or specially requested designs
Due to the custom-made nature of these products:
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
Made-to-order and customized jewelry is final sale
Such items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun
This policy complies with Consumer Contracts Regulations – Custom-Made Goods Exemption.
3. Deposit Requirement (Mandatory for Made-to-Order Items)
All made-to-order and customized jewelry requires a 30% deposit before production begins.
Production will not start without receiving the deposit
The deposit confirms the order and reserves materials and labor
The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
Change of mind
Wedding cancellation or postponement
Personal reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects
4. Pricing, Estimates & Final Weight Disclosure
Pricing for made-to-order jewelry is indicative due to the handcrafted process.
Important:
Final price may differ from the initially quoted or displayed price
Prices may vary depending on:
Ring size or dimensions
Final metal weight
Design complexity
Material and stone requirements
The final weight of the jewelry item is known only after the product has been fully manufactured.
Any weight or price provided before production is an estimate only.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the final product weight and final price can only be confirmed after completion of the item.
5. Production Time
Standard production time for made-to-order jewelry is approximately 4–6 weeks from:
Order confirmation, and
Receipt of the required deposit
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, materials, or workload.
6. Ring Size & Measurement Responsibility
When ordering remotely, customers are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements, including:
Ring sizes
Bracelet lengths
Any other sizing details
We strongly recommend verifying sizes carefully before confirming the order.
If resizing or adjustments are required due to incorrect information provided by the customer:
Additional fees will apply
Resizing costs are the responsibility of the customer
Not all designs can be resized
7. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed on the website unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments can be made via:
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) processed through Stripe
Manual bank transfer
Payment services such as Klarna / Clearpay (where available)
Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed only after payment is received.
Payment options may vary depending on customer location.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items are shipped after completion of production.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or force majeure events.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
9.1 Made-to-Order & Custom Jewelry
Due to the custom-made nature of these products:
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
Custom jewelry is final sale
No refunds are issued after production has begun
The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
9.2 In-Stock (Ready-to-Purchase) Items
For products that are already manufactured and not customized:
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:
The item is unused and unworn
The item is in original condition
The item is in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
10. Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is suspected:
The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photographic evidence must be provided
Each case is reviewed individually.
We reserve the right to:
Repair the item
Replace the item
Offer a refund
at our discretion.
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
Normal wear and tear
Scratches or dents
Stone loss due to impact
Damage caused by improper use
Third-party repairs or modifications
11. Warranty
We provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Impact damage
Improper care or misuse
Third-party alterations or repairs
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and product concepts, is the property of ilonagold.com and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

15. Mandatory Checkout Confirmation
For made-to-order and customized products, customers must confirm at checkout that:

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required
