Jewelry Care & Wearing Guidelines
Gold is a soft metal and can be scratched or bent, especially lightweight pieces.
Jewelry is meant to be worn as an accessory, similar to occasion wear. To preserve its quality, we recommend:
Avoid wearing jewelry during heavy physical work
Do not wear rings or other jewelry while exercising or playing sports
Remove jewelry before using household or cosmetic chemicals
Do not spray perfume directly onto jewelry
Remove rings while cooking, as dirt and bacteria can accumulate in small gaps
Proper care will help your jewelry maintain its beauty and longevity.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only in cases where you have received a defective item, and the defect is:
A manufacturing defect, and
The issue occurred due to our oversight before shipping.
Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. If you notice any defects or discrepancies, contact us right away.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
Returned in its original, clean packaging
Tags and labels must be intact and undamaged
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
The item simply did not meet personal expectations
An incorrect size was ordered
The item does not fit an existing chain or accessory
Any other reasons not related to manufacturing defects
Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions in these situations.
Warranty
A 6-month warranty is provided for:
Handcrafted jewelry made by a professional jeweler
Jewelry with diamonds
Wedding rings
All other items are manufactured in factories. As manufacturers do not provide warranties, we are unable to offer one for these products.
However, should any issues arise in the future, we work with trusted professional jewelers who will be happy to assist with repairs or adjustments.
